Product Overview

First of all, all products contact part are 304 stainless steel, suit for produce a wide range of premade pouch, doy-packs, zippper bags, stand-up pouch, hand pouch and etc. The machine is equipped with PLC controller so the filling volume, packing speed, can be set on touch screen and is easy to operate. It also has double servo driven system to ensure of accurate bag filling dose. In addition, the machine is automatic in fetching, measuring, filing, sealing, rtinting, counting. There is machine alarm when no bag or miss opening, no filling, no sealing. Last but not least, machine will stop or alarm when bad circumstance happen, such as air pressure is abnormal, error position display at the control panel.
