RSIII-K320 is a multi-functional machine used in filling, sealing, packing and code typing. Through automatic quantitative intelligent dispensing, the machine realize the equal division. As the pictures showed above, RSIII-K320 is equipped with PLC controller and coloured touch screen interface for easy operation. It has servo-driven for film pulling and automatic film centering. Next, the photo sensor for tracking film marks was equipped in the machine to stop when there is no products or no films. In additon, it has empty bags indicating. The maximum package numbers can up to 999 chain bags. You can also preset of stop packing, it will auto alarm.
There are ancillary equipment can equipped in the machine. Such as Z-type lifting in-feeder, ribbon printer, nitrogen flushing, take-away conveyors, checkweighers and etc.
Photoelectric eye
Photoeyes are used to monitor the transmission of
films and protect the safety of workers.
Sealing and forming
By heating both sides to 120 degrees to seal the package. The material temperature cannot exceed 100 ℃.
The hopper was designed vertical and are easy to transfer all particles to packing.
The machine supports multilingual operation, including Chinese, English, Arabic, Russian, Spanish and Korean.
