RSIII-K series granule packing machine is a multi-functional machine used in filling, sealing, packing and code typing. Through automatic quantitative intelligent dispensing, the machine realize the equal division. It also increase the production capacity, so it can be used in many domains. As the pic showed above, the control panel exhibite the bag length, filling volume, packing speed, and more details can be set. The machine is easy to operate. It also equipped with servo driven system to ensure of accurate bag length and filling dose. Additionally, there are plenty of ancillary equipments if necessary, such as Z-type lifting in-feeder, ribbon printer, take-away conveyors, checkweighers, nitrogen flushing.
The film material required are polyester/ polyethylene, polyester/ foil/ polyethylene, polyester/ aluminium/ polyethylene, paper/ polyethylene, and other heat sealable laminated film structures. There are film material requirements, first of all the thickness is less than or equal to 10 micron, second is roll core no more than 75mm, next is roll diameter no more than 300mm.

Infrared photoelectric protector
Photoeyes are used to monitor the transmission of films and protect the safety of workers.
By heating both sides to 120 degrees to seal the package. The material temperature cannot exceed 100 ℃.
The machine supports multilingual operation, including Chinese, English, Arabic, Russian, Spanish and Korean.
