The RSIII-F series machines is applicable in food, medical, chemical industries, especially for powder packing solution, such as flour, bean powder, milk powder, flower powder and additives powders. The bag length, filling volume, packing speed, and more can be set on touch screen, the machine is easy to operate. The powder packing machine series are automatic in forming, measuring, filing, sealing, cutting, counting and lot code printing. The required film material inculde polyester/ polyethylene, polyester/ foli/ polyethlene, polyester/ aluminium/ polyethylene, paper/polyethylene, and other heat sealable laminated film structures.
There are ancillary equipment that can be equipped with, such as vacuum pump in-feed, auger lifting in-feed, ribbon printer, take-away conveyors, checkweighers.
Sealing and cutting
By heating both sides to 120 degrees to seal the package. The material temperature cannot exceed 100 ℃.
Stainless film roll
